Climate Data Center Redefines What's "Normal"

Is normal weather still what it used to be in your region? Every 10 years, NOAA's Natl. Climate Data Center recomputes normal temperatures and precipitation levels for 8,000 weather stations throughout the US, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and US Pacific Islands.
