Science Talk ’24

In 2024 we’ll be celebrating our continued growth as the newly named Association of Science Communicators, and honoring our open letter which calls the SciComm community to open more doors to science communication and communicators.

SCIENCE TALK ’24 is a hybrid conference and will take place both in-person in Portland, Oregon (April 11-12), and with real-time, online participation for speakers and attendees also available (April 3-12).

We encourage the full interaction allowed by face-to-face attendance. We strongly encourage up-to-date COVID vaccination and masks for in-person attendees and will follow all applicable health regulations. We recognize the public health situation is fluid and will make additional decisions about in-person events based on the best scientific information as the event approaches.
